You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.

Because our production process begins quickly, cancellations requested after this window cannot be guaranteed. If the item has already entered production or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and securely packed in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items: Custom-made, personalized, or clearance items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
